Evaluation.​

Assessments involve defining the issues and jointly developing a plan of action to address them.  This may involve one or more people, depending upon who is willing to present.

Individual Therapy.​

Individual therapy sessions provide a person the opportunity to talk about what is happening in one's life, explore feelings, behaviors and options to dealing with people, plances and things effectively - obtaining new skills to feel better about self.

Couple Therapy.

Frequently, it is helpful for a couple to ve in counseling with a neutral therapist who can help each party verbalize constructively epectations, needs, feelings and issues, as well as finding ways of having fun together and getting their needs met.

Family Therapy.

Families deal with lots of daily stress.  When one member is hurting, everyone is affected and we all find ways of coping - sometimes healthy ways, sometimes unhealthy ways.  Effective communication begins to happen as family members are able to be heard, respected and feel safe.

​Group Therapy.

The Center offers a variety of group experiences: addictions, codependency, parents, youth,  anger management, domestic violence and trauma.  A group is often helpful for people to no longer feel alone, to receive validation and support and to be "honest".
